Warranty - Guarantee
LAPEYRE STAIR warrants to the original Purchaser that the products sold hereunder
are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year
from date of receipt by the purchaser. Lapeyre Stair will repair or replace, at
its sole option, any products of faulty material or defective workmanship proven
under normal use or service. Purchaser shall not return any defective products without
Lapeyre Stair's prior written approval.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including
any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless
otherwise set forth in writing and approved by a representative duly authorized
to extend such approval by Lapeyre Stair.
