The colors depicted online are only to give an overview of the vast color selection
available. Variations in computer monitors and software can cause variances in the
color appearance. Color selections should be made from an actual color chart. Please
contact us for a color chart.
The Gray Primer option also uses a powder coat paint, but is a more porous primer
so that you may field paint your stairs as desired.
Hot Dip Galvanized
Your fabricated stair is dipped in a hot zinc bath, coating the metal with a layer
of zinc. This is the most effective corrosion protection for your stair. We recommend
all exterior steel stairs be hot dip galvanized to maximize the life of your purchase.
Galvanizing on our products is done by a galvanizer local to our area. The lead
time on our galvanized stairs is greatly affected by the galvanizer’s lead time,
which is much higher for the Gulf Coast area since Hurricane Katrina. Please allow
5 weeks for fabrication of your stair items if you need the galvanized finish.
