The Lapeyre Stair Warranty

Lapeyre Stair warrants to the original purchaser that the products sold are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from date of receipt by the purchaser. Lapeyre Stair will repair or replace, at its sole option, any products of faulty material or defective workmanship proven under normal use or service. Purchaser shall not return any defective products without Lapeyre Stair's prior written approval.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless otherwise set forth in writing and approved by a representative duly authorized to extend such approval by Lapeyre Stair.

Contact us if your order arrives with manufacturing or design errors. We will make it right.
Shipping damage

Contact us if your order is damaged in shipping and include photos of the damage, if possible.

If the damage is visible upon delivery, sign for the shipment as damaged or refuse delivery.

We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.

Cancellations, change orders, and returns

There is no charge to change or cancel an order if you notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.

If you change or cancel your order more than 24 hours after it was placed but before it has been manufactured, you will only be charged for any material, labor, and/or design costs that have been incurred. If you order has been manufactured and it is a standard item, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.

We are unable to cancel or accept returns on orders that include non-standard items once the order has been manufactured.
